Up North Charcuterie Refund Policy

I understand that plans can change, and I’m happy to accommodate order modifications or cancellations whenever possible. However, due to the perishable nature of my products, I kindly ask that you review this refund policy before placing your order.

Order Modifications:

• If you need to modify your order (date, time, selection), please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Order Cancellations:

• I offer full refunds for orders canceled at least 4 days before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.

• Cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time will be eligible for a 50% refund.

• Unfortunately, I am unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time.

Refund Alternatives:

• In lieu of a refund, you may choose to receive a store credit for the full amount of your canceled order. This credit can be used towards a future purchase at Up North Charcuterie and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
